Glastonbury Town Center Initiative (GTCI) is a non-partisan group of Glastonbury, Connecticut citizens committed to promoting the business and residential community, the overall economic climate and an enhanced quality of life in Town Center.

Organized in 2000, it has been our mission to promote an identity, built-environment, and urban planning and aesthetic standards that foster a lively, walkable Town Center.
